STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

157:1 The Curran/McAvoy Causeway. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the I-93 causeway at Moore Dam in Littleton is hereby dedicated as the "Curran/McAvoy Causeway."

157:2 The Veterans' Memorial Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Cottage Street Bridge in Littleton is hereby dedicated as the "Veterans' Memorial Bridge."

157:3 The Smith Millennium Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Smith Bridge in Plymouth is hereby dedicated as the "Smith Millennium Bridge."

157:4 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under sections 1-3 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

157:5 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
